We're women connecting women through the marketplace.

Collaborating with women artisans living in the barrios of Peru, we are mentoring them to create sustainable businesses for themselves. Our design team in the US collaborates with the women in Peru to create the finest hand knits. Luxurious Peruvian alpaca and cotton yarns are resourced from Peru. The women artisans, having been trained, recreate the designs. We pay outright for all items following all fair trade standards. This allows the women artisans to knit better lives for themselves and their children one stitch at a time.

Our Mission: We are a socially responsible company working to facilitate economic opportunities to better the lives of women in other cultures beginning in the barrios of Peru. We recognize the talents of these artisans and offer them resources and mentoring to ensure a sustainable income. Our Hands for Hope is a company driven by a humanitarian cause that produces unique, high quality knitwear and gift items made from Peruvian alpaca and cotton. We have partnered with Peruvian Mothers, to create a product line that showcases their incredible talents and introduces them into the United States retail market. Along with teaching, educating and mentoring the women, we purchase all the items following Fair Trade standards. We also have increased our humanitarian efforts by donating a blanket to a child in need every time you make a purchase of a hand knit blanket or throw through our online store in the "Cuddle Gram" section.
